As a leader I find it difficult to follow at times, especially if I don't believe in the person whom is leading. To believe in a leader, that person must have a clear vision and be able to communicate that vision to everyone. I've recently been doing a bit of research into how profitable Groupon is for businesses. In a debate with a friend over dinner, we argued if the restaurant we were in should use the service.
