Control Your Environment

It's been a while, I know you must be upset with me if you enjoyed reading my blog posts on a constant basis.  I'm now a couple of weeks into living in my place and I've learned something I want to share.  Something that hopefully will help me get back to writing my blog posts. Last week I started back at the gym and this time I'm serious. I set myself up with a personal trainer.  The workouts are hard but I'm loving it.  I'm being pushed in ways I never would have thought.  As well, I'm joining classes like Hot Yoga and looking forward StreetDance next. When your working out to your limit, your body always tells you to give up.  You know you have to push through, because every time you break that barrier, the real workout begins.
