How Does Progress Start?

Yesterday I was asked by someone close to me about how you know when progress has started.  The simple thing is that progress starts with action.  Thinking about it doesn't make it anything.  It's like the guy who says "I thought of the iPod first," except Apple is the one who made progress happen. Why Should They Care

Say it's a sports team, a group, a company or a non-profit, whenever you lead people the key element is culture. It's the defining aspect that determines the emotional landscape and why it's a team environment or not. The culture determines if people will put the needs of the team before their own. Quote in Mind

Last week I started back at the gym and this time I'm serious. I set myself up with a personal trainer.  The workouts are hard but I'm loving it.  I'm being pushed in ways I never would have thought.  As well, I'm joining classes like Hot Yoga and looking forward StreetDance next.
